Body Structure

  • Main Rails: Main 6”x ½” Qt100 top and bottom flange with ¼” webbing without lighting holes. Crossmembers are one piece 4” I-beam 3.64 lb/ft on 12” center pierced through main rails.
  • Side Sills: 6” Channel 8.2 lb/ft. Rub rails 3” x 3/8” sides only-double pipe spools between pockets. Stake pockets spaced every 24” both sides and 4 on rear bumper sill. Winch track down driver side. Winch is recessed, deep slotted sliding winches.
  • Structure Options: Z bracing from front to back.
  • Decking: 1-5/16 Apitong ship lapped

Running Gear

  • Landing Gear: 2 speed Holland HD Mark V
  • Axle Spacing: 4 and 5 axle configurations available.
  • 5th Wheel: 49” 5th wheel height. Holland weld in king pin, 18” king pin setting, 3/8s coupler plate
  • Steer Axles: KGI steer axle, Hendrickson HT250TB 14-001-28 degree cut, Hendrickson HT250TB 14-001-20 degree cut.
  • Tires: Dual tires – RA 11R 22.5. Super singles on lift axle – 385/65R 22.5
  • Rims: 22.5 x 8.25 Steel rims on inside, Aluminum rims on outside, Accuride XP for lift axle
  • Hubs: 10 stud hub piloted, unimount studs, outboard drums and Stemco oil seals.
  • Brakes: 16-1/2” x 7 air with 30/30 spring brake chambers, dust shields and automatic slack adjusters. Comes with cam enclosure tubes and ABS braking system.

Suspension

  • Suspension: Hendrickson INRAAX AAT25, 14” 25,000 axle with 77 ½ track. Manual suspension dump valve with gauge in control box.

Standard Features

  • Lights: Truck-Lite sealed beam “LED” lights. All wiring in sealed harnesses. Lift axle wired to electronic control unit, Electronic control unit RM60.
  • Finish: Sandblasted, Epoxy Primed and Painted (2) coats of Black Polyurethane Enamel, and installed DOT Red and White reflective tape.

  • Tarp rope hooks can be installed around the perimeter of the trailer, beneath the deck to secure load coverings
