Scheltema Trailer has taken its 100 years of combined professional design and manufacturing experience, to develop an industry leading Mini Deck series. Scheltema Trailer is one of the few companies to offer a true Mini Deck trailer. Our design is capable of carrying up to 65 ton capacity in 10 only feet. With an adjustable ride height, these trailers are capable of road clearances as low as 2 inches. These trailers have been developed to give you maximum versatility while it eliminates any height limitations you may have without jeopardizing the integrity of your trailer. No job is too big or small for the Scheltema Trailer’s Mini Deck.

MINI DECK SPECIFICATION

Gooseneck includes:

  • Hydraulic detachable cantilever, non-ground bearing.
  • Hydraulic Stinger to support gooseneck.
  • Wet Line operation.
  • Single king pin location.
  • 51″ Fifth Wheel height.
  • Air operated column.
  • Air operated deck locking pin.
  • Constructed from 100,000 P.S.I. yield (T-1) steel.
  • Sandblasted, epoxy primed and painted.

Available Options:

  • Various King Pin Heights (48”- 54”).
  • Double King Pin Variations (94”-120”).
  • Power Pack or both Power Pack and Wet Line.
  • Swing out Lights.
  • Bolt on Fenders.
  • Weld on Fenders.

All-Steel Deck includes:

  • Carrying Capacity: 50-75 ton
  • 7” Deck thickness.
  • Available Deck Width: 8’6 – 9’.
  • Available Deck Length: 24’ – 26’.
  • Constructed from 100,000 P.S.I. yield (T-1) steel.
  • Flag holders.
  • Lashing rings.
  • Sandblasted, epoxy primed and painted.

Traditional Mini Deck includes:

  • Carrying Capacity: 40 ton
  • 7” Deck thickness.
  • Available Deck Width: 8’6 – 10’
  • Available Deck Length: 24’ – 26’
  • 1-5/16” Apitong floor.
  • Constructed from 100,000 P.S.I. yield (T-1) steel.
  • Extension Brackets 12” wide swinging type (T-1) steel.
  • Flag holders.
  • Lashing rings.
  • Sandblasted, epoxy primed and painted.

Available Options:

  • D-Rings: Flat or Bent (Traditional Mini Deck Only)
  • Deck inserts: 5ft, 10ft. (Traditional Mini Deck Only)

Rear Bridge includes:

  • Fixed with low boom trough.
  • Open style bolsters.
  • 55″ Axle spreads. (Depending on territory)
  • Constructed from 100,000 P.S.I. yield (T-1) steel.
  • Truck-Lite LED system.
  • Flag holders.
  • Tires: 275/70R 22.5.
  • Wheels: 22.5 x 8.25, Steel wheels inside and outside.
  • Brakes: Drum.
  • Axle:  25,000 lbs. capacity each.
  • Suspension: Hendrickson Turner or Ridewell, 25,000 lbs. capacity.
  • Sandblasted, epoxy primed and painted.

Additional Options:
